The General Contractor is Eurovia Quebec Construction Inc., an experienced infrastructure contractor specializing in large-scale roadway and bridge resurfacing projects.

Harbourside Engineering is providing Quality Assurance services, monitoring construction activities and verifying that all work meets established technical standards.

COWI is serving as the Independent Engineer, offering specialized technical oversight to ensure the long-term performance and integrity of the bridge.
