From Moncton:
Take Highway 15 east to Port Elgin and then 16 to the bridge. For scenic views at the foot of the bridge, take a rest stop at the Cape Jourimain Nature Centre. For a map, click here
From Halifax:
Take Highway 102 heading to Truro, then Highway 104 to New Brunswick. Once you cross the New Brunswick border, the 104 will turn into Highway 2. Turn onto Highway 16 which will take you directly to the Confederation Bridge.

Follow the Trans-Canada Highway West toward Borden-Carleton. Before crossing the bridge, re-fuel and buy snacks and souvenirs at Gateway Village. For a map click here
